Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at King Tandoori Bar and Grill. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs, as well as advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, Develop, and Implement Human Resources Policies and Programs
  • Advise Managers and Employees on Human Resources Policies and Programs
  • Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures
  • Mediate Labour Disputes and Grievances
  • Plan, Develop, and Implement Recruitment Strategies
  • Research and Prepare Occupational Classifications, Job Descriptions, and Salary Scales
  • Co-ordinate Employee Performance and Appraisal Programs
  • Manage Training and Development Strategies
  • Hire, Train, and Supervise Staff
  • Negotiate Collective Agreements on Behalf of Employers or Workers
  • Oversee Payroll Administration
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
