Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at King Tandoori Bar and Grill. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs, advising managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, and mediating labour disputes and grievances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and programs
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Mediate labour disputes and grievances
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  • Oversee payroll administration

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Work Environment:

King Tandoori Bar and Grill is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
