N-able is seeking a skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical advice and guidance to our partners, ensuring they are realizing the value of their investment in N-able products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance throughout the customer journey
  • Manage customer requirements and provide expert-level technical advice
  • Perform competitive analyses and market research to understand competitor strengths and capabilities
  • Work with partners to assess and address technical requirements and increase feature consumption and adoption
  • Deliver product training to both partners and support teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a technical role
  • Experience with Backup and Disaster Recovery tools and process
  • Experience supporting backup tools
  • Continuity planning
  • Virtualization and OS, cloud or on-prem backup tools
  • Ability to effectively convey product messaging and value proposition through technical demonstrations, trade show demonstrations, and onsite training engagements
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing, and implementation skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date
  • Thrive in a dynamic, quickly growing environment, exercising nimble and autonomy

Travel Requirements:

  • Potential to travel up to 5-10% of the time, once it is safe to do so
