The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Lead to join our team in Saskatoon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across multiple segments.

  • Achieve sustainable sales growth in all branch locations by implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Support the General Manager in establishing performance accountability and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
  • Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing industry publications.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to ensure achievement of branch targets and personal targets.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience or equivalent.
  • Multi-segment sales experience.
  • Proficient in professional strategic sales processes.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and internationally as required.
