Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Childventures Early Learning Academy Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare center and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Support housekeeping and cooking duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for our children.
  • Assist in maintaining daycare equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through various activities, such as art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Engage children in activities, including storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
