Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Advisor, Corporate Responsibility and ESG reporting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying our Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy and supporting the development and implementation of ESG reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CR strategy and ESG reporting processes in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Evaluate project proposals and monitor budgets and schedules for programs under responsibility.
  • Ensure integration of CR strategy into operations through cross-functional working committees.
  • Establish benchmarks, performance indicators, and internal dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze and interpret data for various reporting needs.
  • Coordinate the production of the CR annual report and its updates.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in management, science, environment, or sustainable development.
  • MBA or Master's degree in management or sustainable development an asset.
  • Between 5 and 8 years' experience in a position related to sustainable development and/or ESG disclosure.
  • Experience in data management.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
