Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Advisor to join our Corporate Responsibility team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying our Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy and supporting the development and implementation of ESG reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CR strategies and ESG reporting processes in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Evaluate project proposals and monitor budgets and schedules for programs under your responsibility.
- Ensure integration of CR strategy into operations through responsible procurement, ESG reporting, and sustainable practices.
- Establish benchmarks, performance indicators, and internal dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and interpret data for various reporting needs.
- Coordinate the production of the CR annual report and its updates.
- Work closely with the Finance team and internal colleagues to disclose ESG information required by various standards.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in management, science, environment, or sustainable development.
- MBA or Master's degree in management or sustainable development an asset.
- Between 5 and 8 years' experience in a position related to sustainable development and/or ESG disclosure.
- Experience in data management.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
