About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Advisor to join our Corporate Responsibility team at Transat. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of our Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategy and the development and implementation of ESG reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CR strategies and ESG reporting processes in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Evaluate project proposals and monitor budgets and schedules for programs under your responsibility.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of CR strategy into operations.
- Establish benchmarks and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate the production of the CR annual report and its updates.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in management, science, environment, or sustainable development.
- Between 5 and 8 years' experience in a position related to sustainable development and/or ESG disclosure.
- Experience in data management and communication.
