About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Work Environment
    • Noisy.

    • Fast food outlet or concession.
