Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2606329 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, including food and beverage servers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Food Service Operations
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment.
    • Work under pressure.
    • Standing for extended periods.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
