Job Description

As a key member of the Safran Electrical & Power team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes quoting customer RFQs, collecting pricing, calculating sell price, and advising delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Quote customer RFQs, collect pricing, calculate sell price, and advise delivery
• Review customer orders, including pricing, delivery, special instructions, and requirements
• Retrieve customer orders through the internet, with experience with Oracle being an asset
• Input customer orders, creating sales orders in the MRP system
• Create new product forms
• Create customs paperwork if applicable for shipments
• Provide occasional reception coverage and backup for invoicing when required
• Perform other various duties as assigned, including filing and scanning
• Follow Safran Policies & Procedures

Requirements

• Minimum two years customer service experience, with inside sales experience being an asset
• Accurate data entry skills with superior attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
• Responsive to company and customer needs
• Work with minimum supervision
• Highly proficient computer skills in Word and Excel
• Knowledge of production planning is an asset
• A condition of employment will be completing a security assessment to ensure eligibility under Canada's Controlled Goods Program
