About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Socla Trucking Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on truck driver performance, fleet maintenance, and operational efficiency.
  • Driver Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
    • Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs for truck drivers, focusing on safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling
    • Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures, to ensure the effective management of our truck driver team.
