About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Socla Trucking Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, including dispatching, route planning, and scheduling.
  • Monitor and Analyze transportation metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and driver productivity.
  • Develop and Implement strategies to improve transportation operations, including process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Train and Mentor new drivers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing drivers.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Manage and Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during transportation operations.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Experience in a transportation or logistics role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of drivers.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
