Appraiser II, Imagery and Estimator

Co-operators is seeking a skilled Appraiser II, Imagery to join our Claims team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating peace of mind for our clients and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate vehicle damages remotely to determine reparability and work with internal and external customers, as well as vendors.
- Create and review written damage appraisals using damage repair expertise.
- Schedule appraisal appointments, discuss repair procedures, and communicate timelines with clients and claimants.
- Communicate with stakeholders and build relationships throughout the claims process to ensure safe, quality repairs.
- Provide exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards.
- 5 years of collision repair and estimating business or related experience.
- Post-secondary diploma.
- Autobody Repair Technician or Refinisher Certification and Physical Damage Appraiser Certificate.
- Expert knowledge of vehicle construction and collision repair techniques and procedures.
- Ability to attain provincial appraiser license(s) depending on the province of work.
