Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and productivity.

  • Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to our nail technicians to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Train new staff members on our salon's policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
