Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at SAZZ INC.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance, and ensuring that our systems and networks are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Develop and deliver training and guidance to customers and internal teams on technical topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of networking software, hardware, and internet protocols.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
