Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

THRULIQUID INC. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of our systems and services.
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of technical issues.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent support.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
