Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Cash Handling and Accounting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Cost Control: Cost products and services, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Excel, and other software to manage restaurant operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will also be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
