About This Role:

We are seeking a Practice Lead QE Manager to lead, support, and guide a Testing Program or a group of multiple IT testing projects to achieve ambitious business targets.

As a Practice Lead QE Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of QE professionals in providing a broad range of test services and solutions, ensuring standards are met and objectives are achieved.

  1. Manages a team of QE professionals in providing a range of test services and solutions.
  2. Manages large QE Program/Projects supporting multiple technologies and platforms.
  3. Creates Test strategies/test Plans for parallel initiatives running in Agile framework.
  4. Improves overall automation coverage and test efficiencies.
  5. Implements ways to optimize overall testing.
  6. Ensures planning for the responsible portfolio, including budget, skill sets, resourcing, and location.
  7. Works with technology stakeholders to understand requirements, attend workshops, identify resourcing requirements, and provide initial estimates.
  8. Builds trust and partnership among the team, peer group, and effectively drives synergies across departments.
  9. Drives QE transformation for the responsible team, including planning, trainings, hands-on assignments, and project executions.
  10. Manages resource planning, forecasting, reviewing project assignments, and utilizations.
  11. Ensures resources are ready and trained as per delivery pipeline.
  12. Works with Enterprise and internal groups to provide metrics/KPI, implement organization best practices, and participate in recruitment events.
  13. Implements QE Best practices at every opportunity and ensures accurate status tracking/reporting.
  14. Ensures stakeholder alignment and management across programs and departments through timely and accurate status reporting.
