We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Property Management team at Whistler Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various property management tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate property management tasks, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property information, including lease agreements, maintenance schedules, and tenant communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
