About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Project Team and Client. You will be responsible for ensuring that processes are well-established, effective, and aligned with the company's objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in collaborative problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Support project audits, reviews, and approvals, ensuring that quality systems are compliant with contractual requirements.
  • Drive visual management practices and ensure that KPIs are regularly reviewed and updated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement and leadership.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and IRIS.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
