WoodGreen is seeking a skilled Transformation Management Specialist to join its Project Management Office. This role will play a crucial part in delivering high-impact work, leading large-scale enterprise-wide initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in change management roles, with a strong understanding of transformation principles and practices. They will be able to develop and lead cross-functional initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and drive results across diverse teams.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will also enjoy a hybrid work setting, allowing for flexibility between remote and office-based work.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop comprehensive transformation strategies and plans that align with organizational objectives
  • Ensure transformation initiatives stay on track, managing end-to-end roadmaps and day-to-day activities
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership discussions and decision-making
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk monitoring processes to identify potential barriers to change
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip impacted employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change

You will also:

  • Foster a culture of change and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Work collaboratively with key teams and roles, including People & Culture, the PMO, and the Digital Transformation Team

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in change management roles, with demonstrated growth into leadership positions
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or change management, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
  • Excellent relationship building and management skills, across all levels of an organization
