We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Keenlyside Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as scheduling and confirming appointments. Additionally, they will answer telephone calls and relay messages, compile data and statistics, and maintain office supplies and inventory.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of office procedures and be proficient in typing and proofreading correspondence and documents.

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
