Technical Support Representative/Trainer

LG Canada is seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and online platforms
  • Review and approve Return Authorization requests from Authorized Service Centers
  • Support Parts inquiries from our Authorized Service Centers
  • Organize training materials and schedule training sessions
  • Facilitate engaging classes and document field quality issues
  • Ensure knowledge of and adherence to all applicable Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in servicing consumer Home Appliances
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Valid driver's license and High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate in French (preferred)
