Business Development Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Support Specialist to join our team at GLOBAL COURIER SERVICES LTD. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, communication, and data analysis.
About the JobIn this position, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, establishing office procedures, and scheduling appointments. You will also provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to electronic inquiries, and directing visitors to relevant contacts or service areas.
Key Responsibilities- Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines, maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by answering phone calls, responding to electronic inquiries, and directing visitors to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Data Analysis: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business development efforts.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate with relocation costs covered by employer.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
