About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in mortgage lending, sales, and customer service to drive business growth. As a Mortgage Business Development Specialist, you'll cultivate relationships with referral networks, identify sales opportunities, and develop effective marketing and sales programs.

  • You will proactively contact referral sources to discuss home financing solutions.
  • Assist in implementing targeted marketing programs and promotions.
  • Actively seek cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for positioning within the branch.
About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field. Strong interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills are essential. In-depth knowledge of the mortgage lending process, applicable regulatory requirements, and industry trends is also required.

Salary and Benefits
