About the Role

The District Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for ensuring the execution of shrink programs at the store level, maintaining and reducing District shrink, and training and developing Store Management and Associates on LP issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain internal partnerships with Associates at all levels of the organization, and external partnerships with various LP representatives in the community.
  • Manage budgets, conduct and support internal investigations, and manage expenses to plan.
  • Ensure accuracy of calculations, analyze internal and external surveys, and maintain records.
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of staff, teach and mentor team members, and provide advice and guidance to staff members in the resolution of problems.

Requirements

  • College Diploma or University Degree an asset.
  • Minimum three years of previous/equivalent working experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of LP, including an understanding of the Company's policies and practices.
  • Ability to conduct interviews of dishonest Associates, communicate effectively, and manage issues.
  • Working knowledge of CCTV applications and computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet creation.
