Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of shrink programs at the store level, maintaining and reducing District shrink, and training and developing Store Management and Associates on LP issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure execution of shrink programs at the store level.
  • Maintain and reduce District shrink.
  • Train and develop Store Management and Associates on LP issues.
  • Develop and maintain internal partnerships with Associates at all levels of the organization, and external partnerships with various LP representatives in the community.
  • Manage budgets and expenses.
  • Conduct and support internal investigations.
Requirements
  • College Diploma or University Degree an asset.
  • Minimum three years of previous/ equivalent working experience.
  • Provincial security license required.
  • Advanced knowledge of LP, including investigating cases of crime or neglect, managing cases, and following legal guidelines and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct interviews and gather information.
  • Project management skills, including analyzing internal and external surveys and maintaining records.
