About the Role

The Clinical Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning and implementing the expansion of COPD Care and Education, including communications, training, research, and evaluation.

About You
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Respiratory Therapy and registered with the Nova Scotia College of Respiratory Therapists is required.
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care Exams is required.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in Respiratory Therapy is required.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working with the INSPIRED COPD Outreach Program is preferred.
  • Master's Degree (Health Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, or similar is considered an asset)
  • Experience working with patients and families with chronic disease, leading teams, giving presentations, program development, program coordination, project management, managing teams, quality improvement, qualitative and quantitative mixed-methods research, and patient and family engagement is required.
  • Experience working with patients in the community in patients' homes, with COPD, and spirometry testing is required.
  • Project management/ change management certification is an asset.
  • Competencies in other languages are an asset, French is preferred.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid position working from home & at the BLCOC office.

Compensation and Benefits

$33.97 - $42.89 Hourly
