Looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Orthopaedic Clinic Coordinator. In this Registration and Scheduling Clerk role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient experiences. Your duties will include registering patients, scheduling new and follow-up appointments, making reminder calls, and coordinating with various departments within the Health Centre to book patient appointments. Additionally, you will be required to answer phone calls, communicate messages and information accurately, and redirect inquiries as necessary. You will also participate in care team discussions, offering input and energy into efforts at improving clinic efficiency and functioning.

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and experience in registration and scheduling, preferably in an ambulatory healthcare setting. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other computer programs is also essential. Knowledge of medical terminology and previous experience with Meditech and CWS are considered assets.
