At AMAR TELECOM LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional administrative support to our executives.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Management
You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and ensuring that all appointments are confirmed and maintained. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently will be essential in this role.
CommunicationYou will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and discretion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
Organizational SkillsAs an Executive Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in maintaining the organization's standards.
Team PlayerYou will work closely with our executive team, providing administrative support and contributing to the development of business strategies. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively with others are essential qualities for this role.
Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity software is required. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools is an asset.
About You- Education
A college diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g., business administration, secretarial arts) or equivalent experience is required.
Experience1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
