Administrative Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Helios Retail Consulting Limited. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of $60,000 to $70,000 per annum.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. They will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Coordinate and plan for office services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversight and coordination of office administrative procedures
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate must be bondable and have their own transportation.
