Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Best Value Inn & Suites.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and assist guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest complaints, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with guests and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
