Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution of our menu and services
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
  • Supervise staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and customer service
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure their successful execution
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue and build relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience
  • Manage events to ensure that they are executed smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
