About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Homelife Silvercity Realty Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and setting up and maintaining filing systems.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and available.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both in person and over the phone.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
