About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at PRG Traders Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to other workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the hiring process.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and provide regular reports to management.
  • Operations and Administration: Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, assign and coordinate projects, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
