Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ALL CARE INSURANCE BROKERS LTD. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Document Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinate the flow of information within the team, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Communication: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide information to clients and staff as needed.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, compiling data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative support role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
