Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with digital marketing, product management, and data science teams, and mentor junior team members.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Facilitate design thinking workshops to build omni-channel marketing product strategies.
  • Consulting Services: Provide clients with roadmap development and project planning for marketing frameworks and data-driven solutions.
  • Program Management: Oversee the planning and implementation of various projects for the Marketing Analytics team.
  • Reporting: Report project status to senior leadership, clearly articulating challenges, roadblocks, and benefits.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze data from Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms, implement A/B testing, and generate insights for marketing strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing strategy and program management with a focus on digital analytics.
  • Experience working with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating design thinking workshops using Mural board is a plus.
  • Pharma and/or digital marketing background is preferred.
  • Consulting experience is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with JIRA and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
