Job Description

This role involves working on advanced analytics projects in the Healthcare domain, leveraging data science techniques to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with client stakeholders to design and implement high-level analytics solutions, presenting findings to senior management and communicating results to business teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and apply advanced analytics approaches and methodologies to drive business decisions
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into actionable analytics solutions
  • Present analytic solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and its potential to generate business value
  • Communicate complex issues in a simple way and orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in data analytics, with at least 4 years in a related field
  • Domain experience in Healthcare is required, with a strong understanding of industry trends and challenges
  • Strong SQL and SAS skills, proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint, and good knowledge of data science concepts
  • Ability to engage with Executive/VP-level stakeholders from client teams to effectively translate business problems into analytics solutions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently speak to clients and team members
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
