Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics approaches and methodologies to drive informed decision-making
  • Work on cutting-edge data science applications to solve business problems in the Healthcare and Life Science domains
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs
  • Present analytic solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and its potential to generate business value
  • Communicate results to senior management, develop plans to operationalize analytic solutions, and orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in data analytics
  • Domain experience in Healthcare is required
  • Strong SQL, SAS, and MS Office skills, with a good understanding of data science concepts and experience
  • Ability to engage with Executive/VP-level stakeholders from client teams to effectively translate business problems into analytics solutions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently speak to clients and team members
  • Ability to work with Data Science teams to embed analytic outputs in business processes
  • Graduate Degree in Business Analytics or MBA equivalent work experience
