Chief People and Culture Officer
At Your Neighbourhood Credit Union, we're seeking a visionary leader to drive our people strategy and shape our organizational culture. As our Chief People and Culture Officer, you'll partner with executive leadership to design and implement forward-thinking initiatives that empower our employees, foster growth, and create a culture where everyone can succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, operating procedures, and programs that align with our business objectives.
- Provide strategic advice to the CEO and CLT on human resources matters, including organizational development, planning, and culture.
- Lead talent management programs to support a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Direct and lead the Learning and Development (L&D) Team to achieve our learning and development requirements.
- Provide oversight into the health & safety function and wellness initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Industrial or Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CHRE, CHRL, or CHRP designation is required.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive change and manage complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management.
