Job Description
  • Partner with executive leadership to design and implement forward-thinking people strategies.
  • Enhance employee engagement, lead talent development efforts across all levels, and drive cultural transformation.

  • Provide expert HR advice and leadership regarding support services.

Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Industrial or Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CHRE, CHRL, or CHRP designation is required.
