Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to assist our team with routine tasks. The successful candidate will perform data entry, gather and send documents, and provide general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into customers' files
  • Gather and send documents
  • Assist with clerical tasks, such as information gathering, documentation, photocopying, faxing, and splitting
  • Perform data entry and scanning
  • Complete the first screen of B3 (customers' files) and open LVS, etc.
  • Assist raters with general office duties, including reports, forms, claims, and answering phone calls
  • Operate the scanning station for imaging

Requirements:

  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong typing skills
  • Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment
