Job Details

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Media Director to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients and our internal media team. Your mission will be to understand, strategize, and implement effective media solutions that drive client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a Long-Term Strategic Roadmap
    • Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies, trends, and best practices
    • Understand and stay current with pharmaceutical marketing technologies, trends, vendors, and regulations
    • Collaborate with internal teams to define a long-term vision for digital media and create a step-by-step implementation roadmap
    • Communicate and advocate for this vision both internally and externally
  • Direct Implementation of the Roadmap
    • Provide direction for the implementation of platforms and technologies that reflect best practices
    • Develop and adhere to processes that reflect best practices
    • Create templates and tools that maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and repeatable excellence
  • Lead Cross-Channel Media Planning and Optimization
    • Provide evidence-based recommendations on channel budget allocation
    • Collaborate with internal media teams to maximize media effectiveness across channels
    • Work with analytics teams to maximize media return on investment
    • Cultivate relationships with strategic partners, including platform providers, publishers, and networks

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, with a background in strategic digital media planning and experience in key media channels
  • Deep knowledge of all digital media channels and their strategic role
  • Knowledge of emerging digital media technologies and channels
  • Proven experience defining, communicating, and implementing a strategic vision
  • Passion for digital health and the possibilities of digital media for healthcare
  • Drive to maximize return on investment and quantifiably prove it
  • Knowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical marketing is preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with healthcare media vendors is preferred
