Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Gestion SHM Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and control daily operations to ensure seamless customer service and sales experiences.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales and customer service staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality customer service and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail sales and customer service management.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
