Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Gestion SHM Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our customer service team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our customers.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that our products and services are aligned with customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service management role.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of customer service representatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
