Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Gestion SHM Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase customer loyalty, and improve sales performance.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing sales and customer service strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French.
