About the Role:


We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Scotiabank. In this role, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Taking a proactive approach: Discover our customers' needs and listen to understand what they are asking for.
  • Day-to-day transactions: Process transactions and provide assistance to our customers.
  • Nurturing relationships: Build strong, long-standing relationships with our customers.
  • Contributing to targets: Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities to contribute to the Branch's targets.
  • Sharing knowledge: Introduce clients to our mobile banking applications and assist them in managing their banking needs.
