About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Culture Crust Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting our Executive Chef in the preparation and cooking of meals, as well as overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation and Cooking: Assist in the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and manage kitchen staff, ensuring that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
