Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Precision Care Centre Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our medical office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
    • Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Medical Office Support
    • Assist with patient intake and registration
    • Prepare and process medical claims and insurance forms
    • Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information
  • Supervision and Teamwork
    • Supervise and train staff members as needed
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative or medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • Work Language: English
